Experienced in Family Law

The law offices of Abate & Smith were first created on August 1995. Attorneys Alex M. Abate and Michael J. Smith combined their solo practices to create the new firm. Their practices, while concentrated in family law, were designed to provide general practice availability to their clients.

The offices initially opened at 6072 Brynwood Drive, where they continued for approximately thirteen years. In November 2008, Abate & Smith moved to its current location, 6833 Stalter Drive. Attorney Abate passed away on December 25, 2009.

Attorney Smith continues to provide the same client focused practice that made Abate & Smith a success.
